Senior Manager/Supervisor

What You’ll Do:
As our I&C Director, you’ll be more than a subject matter expert—you’ll be the guiding force behind top-quality project execution and department growth. You’ll serve as the Engineer of Record (EOR), coaching and developing a tight-knit team, ensuring the on-time delivery of high-impact projects, and driving innovation in control systems and instrumentation across our expanding portfolio.
Your key areas of impact:
- Be the Benchmark: Own the quality. Set the standard. Sign the line. As EOR, you’ll oversee the accuracy of every I&C deliverable that leaves the shop. From schematics to narratives, your stamp ensures technical precision, code compliance, and project integrity at every turn.
- Lead with Purpose: Develop talent, set direction, and cultivate a high-performing team. You'll serve as a mentor and technical guide, running training sessions, sharing best practices, and setting departmental standards. Whether you’re coaching one-on-one or shaping workflows, your leadership will elevate the entire team
- Department Builder: Shape the future of the I&C team by aligning the right talent with the right projects. As the department grows, you'll ensure the right people are in the right seats. You'll lead weekly resource planning, balance workloads, match skills to project needs, and drive smart hiring decisions to keep the department operating at peak performance.
- Project Strategist: Steer complex projects from concept to completion—on time and on budget. You’ll scope, schedule, and track performance across multiple projects. Whether leading I&C efforts directly or supporting cross-disciplinary teams, you’ll make sure timelines stay tight, budgets stay intact, and deliverables hit the mark.
- Client Connector: Be the trusted technical advisor clients count on—before, during, and after the project. You’ll manage client relationships with confidence—fielding questions, sponsoring key projects, and supporting business development. You’ll help grow our book of business while ensuring each client knows they’re in expert hands.
